Reservation policies

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged an amount equal to your fight night's room rate plus tax. You must cancel by 12 noon the delay prior to your arrival.

Any changes to an existing reservation will be subject to current pricing and availability. Modifications and cancellations will be accepted until 12 noon the day prior to your scheduled arrival. For early departures, a fee of one night's room and tax will apply.

There is no charge for additional guests, however, the maximum occupancy limitations for the room type will apply.

The Stanford Park Hotel is a smoke-free property. A fee will be charged and will continue for each day that the room is unavailable to sell due to any violation of this policy.
